“And away we go...”

On behalf of all of us here at Curation Records I am so very pleased to share the news of our first release. We start our journey with the timeless California sounds of PACIFIC RANGE... We came upon this young dynamic Angeleno quartet and the group of musicians and singers circling their orbit back some three years ago at the Lonesome LA Cowboy nights in Echo Park...traveling in the same trajectory as my friends Clay and Sam from Mapache, Seamus Turner a gentle young, gifted songwriter gathered the Pac Rangers while getting a formal California education at Chico State. The band have worked the way all the greats before them have, by getting in the van and taking it to the people in the local watering holes, on the stages and everywhere under the sun all up and down the west coast of California. They landed in the recording studio at Liberty Hair Farm with my old Beachwood Sparks buddy Dan Horne at the controls and together they have created one of the finest debut albums I’ve ever heard...so good we made it a double!
